It is the policy of Universal Solutions International, Inc. (USI) to recognize and fulfill our corporate commitment to the community in the area of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) through an Affirmative Action Plan (AAP), which will increase both the quantity of multi-ethnic employed, and the level of responsibility in jobs held by multi-ethnic and female employees within the company. USI makes a great effort in guarding against under-utilization of multi-ethnic and female employees within the organization and will work toward the ultimate goal of full representation of multi-ethnic and female employees at all levels within the organization.

In accordance with Executive Order 11246, USI will not knowingly permit discrimination in hiring, promotion or other conditions of employment with regard to race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.

In accordance with Section 203 of the Rehabilitation Act, USI will not discriminate against an employee or applicant for employment because he/she is an individual with a disability.
